  Called to see if they were open. The message said come on over, we are open every day. Drove all the way up there (it is totally out of the way) and they told us they were closed. Restaurant was full of people. Seriously, update your message. If you aren't going to serve people, leave your hours on the message or answer your phone. Don't bother people. Waste of time.

  The service was extremely slow. We tried to go to brunch on a Tuesday at 1pm, and it took over an hour to get coffee. After an hour and twenty minutes, we still hadn't gotten our food, so we asked our waitress for an update. She made several excuses that the restaurant was really busy. The table next to ours sat down 10 minutes after we arrived, but were served before us. After waiting an additional 10 minutes without food, we finally left money at the table for drinks.

  An all day affair - we arrived a little before 11 am. I ordered the 3 egg fritatta. It took more than 30 minutes for my food to arrive. Our server said nothing to us about the delay until I asked if she would check on my food. While the food itself was delicious, the delay, lack of communication, and failure to offer a little something to carry us over while we waited for our food really turned me off to this restaurant. Further, it took another 20 minutes to pay for our meal. If you choose to eat here, don't arrive hungry and plan to spend a few hours. I think it could be a lovely place to lounge for hours enjoying food and beverages if you have no where else to be that day.
